We aim to present products accurately. Colors may appear slightly different between screens. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty or materially different from its description.

Prices and Payment

The applicable currency, product prices, eligible discounts, and taxes collected by the store are displayed before payment.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders to destinations we currently serve. No minimum purchase or shipping discount code is required.

Available payment methods appear at checkout. Please ensure the payment and billing information you provide is accurate.

Orders

Please check your selected products, sizes, quantities, and delivery details before completing checkout.

If an item is unavailable or we identify a material error affecting an order, we will contact you to arrange a solution. Any payment collected for an order we cannot fulfill will be refunded.

Processing and Delivery

Please allow 5 business days for order processing before dispatch. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Estimated delivery is 25–30 calendar days after dispatch, in addition to processing time.

Standard shipping is free on every order to destinations we currently serve, with no minimum purchase. Available destinations and delivery methods are shown at checkout.

Changes and Cancellations

Contact us promptly if you wish to change or cancel an order. We will assist where possible, although changes may not be possible once fulfillment has started.

LEORVENA covers return shipping costs in accordance with that policy.
