Welcome to LEORVENA. These Terms of Service govern your use of leorvena.store and purchases made through our online store. Throughout these terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the business operating the LEORVENA store.

Please read these terms together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy before placing an order. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

3. Product Information

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, prices, and availability information. Colors may appear different depending on lighting and screen settings. Please review the product details and size guide before ordering.

Unless a product listing states otherwise, jewelry, shoes, handbags, and other styling accessories shown in photographs are not included.

Product availability and future prices may change. These changes do not remove your rights in relation to purchases already made.

4. Prices, Currency, and Promotions

Review the currency, product prices, discounts, and any taxes displayed at checkout before submitting payment. Standard shipping is free on all orders to destinations we currently serve, with no minimum purchase required. Your payment provider may apply its own currency conversion rates or fees.

Promotions are subject to the eligibility requirements, dates, and conditions stated in the offer. Any eligible automatic discount should appear before you complete checkout. No shipping discount code is required for free standard shipping.

If an advertised discount does not appear, please contact us before completing your purchase so we can investigate.

5. Orders and Payment

Please provide accurate and complete contact, billing, and delivery information when ordering. Payments are processed through the payment services available at checkout.

We may need to review or decline an order because of stock availability, payment verification, suspected fraud, or an identifiable listing error. Where this affects an order you have paid for, we will contact you and arrange any refund due.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. It does not remove any cancellation, refund, or other rights available under applicable law.

6. Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, please email wairhogsette267@outlook.com as soon as possible and include your order number.

Cancellation requests may be accommodated before order processing begins. Once processing has started, cancellation may no longer be possible. If we confirm your cancellation, we will issue a full refund.

Changes to items, sizes, colors, or delivery details are subject to the order’s processing status and cannot be guaranteed. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot stop shipment.

This does not limit any statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights you may have, including any right to withdraw before delivery. If your parcel is already in transit, contact us for instructions. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for further details.

7. Processing, Delivery, and Free Standard Shipping

Please allow 5 business days for order processing. Estimated delivery is 25–30 calendar days after dispatch. Processing time is additional to the delivery estimate.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Transit times may be affected by the destination, customs processing, public holidays, weather, and carrier delays. We remain responsible for handling delivery problems in accordance with applicable law.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders to destinations we currently serve. No minimum purchase or shipping discount code is required. Available destinations and delivery methods are shown at checkout. If your destination is unavailable, please contact us before placing your order.

Free standard shipping refers to the delivery charge for shipping your order to you. Please review our Shipping Policy for delivery information and details concerning customs and import charges.

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact customer support with your order number so we can investigate and provide an appropriate resolution.

8. Returns and Refunds

Return requests may be submitted within 14 days after receiving your order, subject to our published Return & Refund Policy and applicable consumer rights.

LEORVENA covers return shipping costs for eligible returns. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Do not send returns to our business address or the sender address on your package unless our team confirms that address for your return. Contacting us for shipping instructions does not limit any statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights you may have.

Please review our Return & Refund Policy for eligibility requirements, instructions, and refund details. That policy does not limit your statutory rights concerning faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods.

9. Customer Accounts

If you create an account, keep your login details secure and your account information current. Please notify us if you suspect unauthorized use.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, security threats, or serious misuse. This does not remove obligations relating to existing orders or refunds.
